To ensure our customers have a clear understanding of the new menu, we have devised a system that is easy to understand, signposting to key dishes and menu items. These consist of four key pillars and are identified on the right hand side as icons and tags that will appear in the point of sales, communications and on menus.

 

CLIMATE FRIENDLY

Climate Friendly recipes have a significantly lower carbon footprint. You will be eating ingredients that have lower greenhouse emissions. You’ll come across certain types of grains that minimise the consumption of water and that utilise re-generative crops to aid agricultural bio-diversity.

PLANT FORWARD

You’ll find a delicious variety of vegetarian and vegan recipes within Plant Forward. Whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds and herbs become the focal point of the meal while animal protein is consumed in smaller portions or occasionally left out.

HARMONISE

A Harmonise dish is a flawless blend of plant-based and animal proteins in the same dish. Plant based proteins have fantastic benefits to our health which we can get by occasionally replacing some animal protein with plant-based protein. That’s what Harmonise recipes do – 60% of the protein in each dish comes from plants, and the other 40% comes from animals.
